This Competition Policy applies to all contests, giveaways, prize draws, and promotions (“Competitions”) run by DeliverEaseUK through our website https://delivereaseuk.com, social media channels, or email newsletters unless otherwise stated.

By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and any specific rules stated in the competition post, page, or widget.

1. 🧾 Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless stated otherwise

  • Each entrant must complete all required actions truthfully and fully using their real identity and verified accounts

  • DeliverEaseUK reserves the right to reject or remove entries at our sole discretion

2. ✅ Entry Process

All competitions are run using RafflePress or a similar competition platform. Entry actions may include (but are not limited to):

  • Visiting or sharing a social media page (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)

  • Signing up to a free trial (e.g., Amazon Prime) via affiliate link

  • Subscribing to a newsletter or channel

  • Referring a friend or leaving a comment

All tasks must be completed fully, correctly, and genuinely. Any form of cheating, automation, fake accounts, or incomplete actions will result in a voided win and a permanent ban from future competitions.

3. 🚨 Anti-Cheat Rules

  • Every winner will be manually reviewed after selection to confirm all actions were completed as required

  • If any task is found to be incomplete, falsified, or spammed:

    • The win is declared VOID

    • The prize will be rolled over and added to the next competition

    • The user will be permanently banned from all future DeliverEaseUK giveaways

We take fair competition seriously. Play fair or lose access to all future prizes.

4. 🎉 Prize Details

  • Prizes are clearly described in each competition

  • No cash alternatives unless otherwise stated

  • DeliverEaseUK reserves the right to replace a prize with something of equal or higher value if necessary

  • Some prizes may be sponsored or fulfilled by affiliate/third-party partners (see section 6)

5. 📦 Prize Fulfilment

  • Winners are contacted via email or social platform used to enter

  • If no response is received within 72 hours, the win is voided and may be rolled over or redrawn

  • DeliverEaseUK will cover UK postage for direct prizes

  • Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery info; we’re not liable for lost or delayed items

6. 🔗 Third-Party & Sponsored Prizes

Some prizes may be provided by affiliate partners such as Amazon, Monzo, or other platforms. In such cases:

  • DeliverEaseUK is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues

  • You will be subject to the merchant’s own shipping, return, and customer service policies

  • Any affiliate signups must be genuine — fake accounts or cancelled trials before the required period may void your entry

7. 🏆 Winner Selection

  • Winners are chosen randomly using RafflePress’s random draw function or similar verified methods

  • All winners are manually verified to confirm correct entry compliance

  • DeliverEaseUK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding selections

  • Winner names (first name + city) may be announced publicly unless anonymity is requested

  • All entry data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • We will never sell your personal data

  • You may opt-in to future marketing but are not required to do so for entry eligibility
