🛍️ 1. Returns for DeliverEaseUK Store Products

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the return conditions below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the item

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened hygiene or health-related products (unless faulty)

🚚 Return Process:

  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method


⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

💸 Refunds (Direct Orders Only)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
